The crew showed up on time, and went to work immediately....They did a through job of removing the old, cracked tiles...........then they prepared the surface for the application of the new tiles....... they individually masked each tile before installation.....set the tile, waited for the thin set to dry, and then applied the grout..... then the masking tape was removed for a perfect job......Very satisfied with the results and would hire them again and recommend them to others.
